The Rail clamp (rail clip) is a component that ensures that the rails are properly fixed to the ground. Rail clips undertake rail movements synchronously thanks to the synthetic elastomer vulcanized to clip permanently in the portion to be contacted with rail.
We produce a wide range of Rail clamps, eg KPO series of Rail clamps (KPO3, KPO6), Gantrail series of Rail clamps, according to standards UIC, AREMA, BS, DIN, GB / TB, AREA and customers' designs.
Our rail clamps are made of low carbon steel or alloy steel and cast iron by hot forging, casting and rolling, based on the requirements of our customers.
The rail clamps (rail anchor or rail clip) are bolted, adjustable, self-locking one with high strength. The adjustability is secured with a square taper spring. There are different types for M16, M20 and M24 fastening material. The rail clamp is especially used with the crane track on a steel beam or a concrete foundation with a steel sole plate. The height of the rail clamp is variable, so there is a suitable clmap for virtually every type of rail including nibless / without cone variety to fit the rail from 10kg / m up to 56kg / m. We produce a range of rail clamps for steel sleepers presently used in East and West Africa in Kenya, Uganda, Ghana, Congo, Senegal, Ivory Coast and Togo, together with clamp bolts and spring washers to suit.

The rail clamps or rail clip may be fixed by being bolted or being welded to the structure.
The Gantrail rail clamps and rail clips are an adjustable, self-locking clamps with a rubber nose and with a modest but permanent pre-stress strength. The rail clamps are available in various types and models. By varying the height of the rubber nose there is a suitable clip for every rail type.
The KPO rail clamps and rail clips are bolted ones with high force. It can be in combination with ribbed plates rail and T-bolts.
